Originally from Virginia, Kathy Nunnally has called Bradenton her home since 2011. Kathy has been a licensed REALTOR since 1987 and received her Virginia Broker's license, which she still maintains, in 2009. She has spent over 31 years as a dedicated and respected Real Estate professional.

Kathy's strong background in marketing and customer service skills, as well as her enthusiasm for real estate, complement her professional experience with customers and clients and her relationships with her REALTOR Peers.

As a Full Time REALTOR, Kathy's "no pressure" style enabled her to be a strong negotiator and achieve results. As a Manager and Trainer, her background allows her to relate to the day to day situations that REALTORS in today's market encounter, helping them navigate for the best possible results with their customers and clients.

Her extensive real estate sales career is enriched by her level of involvement in the industry. While in Virginia, Kathy was the President of the Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS, a position she earned following years of dedicated service on the Board of Directors and multiple committees. Kathy believes in ongoing, professional education. Overseeing the Ellenton team of associates at A Paradise Realty, she is deeply committed to their success and providing a positive and supportive environment.

Kathy is a graduate of Radford University in Virginia where she earned a degree in business marketing. She and her husband Tim are avid sailors and in her leisure time, she enjoys spending time on their sailboat, biking and live music of all types.
